Thanks to the controlled axis movement, the system ensures maximum cleanliness and high-quality adhesive application, as well as absolute precision and consistent repeatability of the application trajectories. Due to its ease of use and fast setup for new operations, its use is recommended and beneficial even for small production batches.

Adhesive trajectories are imported in DXF format, while a laser sensor monitors in real-time during the operation to ensure the correct application of the adhesive. If the application is correct, the marking cassette—mounted on the tool head—ensures the part is marked and validated; otherwise, an error message is displayed on the panel screen.
