1. Feeding Unit

The material roll is fed through an automatic feeding unit.
The automatic edge control of the feeding unit ensures consistent material alignment, enabling continuous high-quality cuts – meter by meter.

2. Conveyor Belt

The conveyor belt is a key component of the conveyor system and consists of a stainless steel mesh belt.
It transports the material from the roll into the processing area.
The material is fed without tension, and contactless laser processing ensures excellent results.

3. Table Extension

The table extension allows for the removal of finished products from the laser system during the cutting process.
A key advantage is the ability to access and remove material from three sides, which significantly increases productivity in the production process.

4. Rewinding Unit

The rewinding unit is an optional accessory for expanding the conveyor system, ensuring uniform winding of processed textiles.
To achieve optimal winding results, holding bridges are required to keep the material together during the rewinding process.
The rewinding unit is positioned at the end of the cutting process, allowing for full automation of the entire workflow.

Smartfeed – Optimal Material Feed Matching Cutting Data

The feeding cycle is controlled by software in such a way that cutting of individual parts always takes place in a single work step.
The software recognizes if any parts do not fit on the working table.
Thanks to intelligent feed optimization, individual parts are not cut until they are fully positioned on the processing area, preventing any continuation of cuts.
