Dyss X9

The X9 digital cutting cutter is designed for applications where production speed is critical.
It is suitable for large-format production.

The X9 offers the same functionality and equipment as the X7, but features an innovative motion control system that delivers high performance and exceptional precision, even in the smallest details.

X9 is designed to seamlessly operate alongside digital printers such as HP, Canon Océ, Fuji, EFI, SwissQPrint, Inktec Jetrix, Screen Inca & Truepress, Mtex, Agfa, and Mimaki. These printers offer flexible sheet and roll printing capabilities, handle 8’x4’ or 10’x5’ boards, and support media widths up to 3.2 meters.

This high-performance cutter can process rigid materials such as acrylic, hard PVC, and more.

The X9 includes the ComboHead – a cutting head equipped with three tools:

A knife

A rotary blade

A router

The integrated K-CUT Vision System allows for precise processing of various materials such as acrylic, vinyl, boards, fabrics, and textiles (e.g., flags, polyester), as well as paper and plastic films on rolls.

Fabrics are handled with the automatic tensioning system, mounted at the rear of the X9 module. This system applies constant tension to the fabric and dynamically adjusts the force depending on the unwinding process, thereby eliminating folds and wrinkles.
