This unique machine cuts and compresses the edges of the strap for a perfect finish. The H-51C-SB is specially designed for seat belts, and other configurations of this model are available for thicker and various sizes of straps.

An automatic stacker is available; depending on the length of the cut piece, we can create a stacker that will neatly stack a preset number of pieces. When the programmed amount is reached, the stacker automatically moves the stack to make room for the next one.

Also available is a pre-winder, the PF-33C-SB model, which is a custom-built pre-loader specifically designed to hold up to 6 rolls of strap. The rolls are stored in a cradle with ball bearings, allowing the strap to move smoothly with minimal resistance through the pre-feeder. This pre-feeder is ideal for heavy rolls where length tolerances must be precise.
