HC 530 ES Hot & Cold Automatic Strip Cutting Machine

With our Model HC-5030ES you can cut pieces up to 4" wide and 28" long on demand, no more wasted material, only cut what you need. Here is how it works, as the machine cuts a piece of hook & loop or webbing the material slides down the guided track and stops at the edge of the guide, when the operator removes that piece, the sensor (with adjustable delay) sees there is no material in place and will automatically cut another piece. Properly positioned machine can feed 2 operators at the same time. When you don't need the on demand feature the machine converts to a standard HC-530 hot and cold strip cutter.
