Automatic adjustment during operation.
Automatic sharpening of the blade and leveling of the grinding stone is performed according to the parameters set by the operator (pressure, duration, and interval), with the option to deactivate at any time.
Continuous sharpening is possible during special operations.
Blade positioning – the gap between the cutting edge and the pressure foot is pre-set by the operator with micrometric accuracy. The device allows maintaining this gap by moving the blade forward as it wears out. This process prevents frequent adjustments and maintains the mowing process at a high level.
All functions are performed by mechanical units powered by independent motors.
Thanks to the hinged upper construction, immediate access to mechanical parts and easier blade and grinding stone replacement is possible.
