In the conveyor configuration, the table is divided into two sections: cutting and unloading. This minimizes downtime for both the operator and the machine. While the operator unloads the cut parts, the cutter continues cutting.
The cutting section is protected by light barriers. If the barrier is interrupted, the machine will stop.

Projector

The cutter can be equipped with a projector, which serves for sorting parts or manual positioning.

When sorting parts, the projector illuminates the already cut pieces in color, making it easier for operators to identify and sort them.

In manual positioning, the projector illuminates the parts directly on the material, and the operator manually adjusts the position of each part to avoid defects in the material, which is essential, for example, when cutting leather.

Unwinding Device

When cutting material from rolls, the unwinding device is almost essential.
Thanks to edge tracking, the unwinder ensures the material is always laid flat, even if the material on the roll is unevenly wound.
