Automatic machine for creating 90-degree corners for fitted sheets.

The machine consists of a folding device where corners are prepared, and a sewing unit where two Pegasus heads (with 4 threads) overlock the 4 corners. It features automatic label insertion into the corner of the fitted sheet.
The corner size can be adjusted from 23 to 40 cm.
The machine's high flexibility allows for the production of all dimensions required by the market. It automatically unloads the finished product onto a conveyor belt, where it can be easily picked up.
All settings are motorized and can be saved to a list, making item format changes quick and simple.
The machine is equipped with a special sewing system for joining the beginning and end of rolls to speed up and simplify fabric roll change operations.
