Automatic Machine for Continuous Double-Sided Hemming of Bed Sheets, Table Linens, and Throws

Two sewing heads operate from a roll of fabric or spread material, performing hemming on both sides simultaneously at a sewing speed of up to 18 m/min.

The system aligns the incoming fabric using special sensors.

Two longitudinal trimmers remove edges before reaching the sewing heads (trimmed material is vacuumed and collected in a container).

Self-adjusting sewing heads utilize photoelectric sensors to track the fabric edge, ensuring excellent hem quality.

A pair of guides on both sides allows for the creation of right and left hems of the desired size.

The machine is available with either chain or lock stitch, featuring automatic bobbin exchange.

Fabric feeding is achieved through a pair of motorized rollers that rotate at a speed synchronized with sewing.

The hem size is adjustable from 10 to 100 mm.

The maximum width of fabric entering the longitudinal group is up to 3200 mm.

The hemmed fabric exiting this longitudinal group can be either laid on a pallet or directed to the transverse unit, which uses a system of pullers to ensure the necessary fabric supply for cutting operations.
