Machine for Inserting Foam into Pillow Covers

The machine loads two different foams, with one inserted into the other:

the outer foam (which covers the pre-cut foam) is loaded from a roll of material, cut to the desired size, and folded in half while the pre-cut inner foam is inserted inside. The operator places the pre-cut inner foam into a container (with sufficient capacity), from which the machine picks one piece at a time and inserts it into the outer foam.

The operator manually loads the pillow cover onto a special tube and turns it inside out onto a flat surface. After inserting the liner, the operator instructs the machine to expand the tube to stretch the liner and insert the folded outer sponge with the pre-cut sponge wrapped inside. Once the foam is inserted, the operator manually removes the pillow and prepares another cover while the machine automatically starts inserting the outer foam and cuts it to the required size.
