Semi-Automatic Device for Inserting Elastic into the Corners of Fitted Sheets

This device is suitable for the most common types of elastic materials and fabrics. The R3000 is easy to install on any sewing machine, allowing for a production increase of up to 200%.

By changing the elastic insertion group, you can use elastics with diameters of 6, 8, and 10 mm, with special requests available up to 14 mm.

It offers simple usage and programming, enabling hem without stops, and elastic insertion only where needed (in the 4 corners, at the top and bottom, or around the entire perimeter, leaving a 20 cm gap without elastic). Once the desired program is set, the operator only needs to start hemming the fitted sheet by pressing the knee button upon reaching the corner. The machine inserts the elastic inside the hem, measures, and cuts it to the specified length, preparing it for the next insertion.

The elastic insertion inside the hem provides high quality for the finished product. The automatic feeder maintains constant elastic tension for all films with the desired stretch, easily adjustable via a potentiometer.
