The machine fully creates the hem of fitted sheets by inserting elastic into the desired positions; the operator only needs to place the sheet and press the Start button.

There is a version available with either chain or lock stitch.

Various types of elastic materials (rubber or thread-covered) can be used, with common widths of 6, 8, or 10 mm.

Automatic corner detection for elastic insertion.

Suitable for different types of fabrics, from lightweight cotton to flannel (elastic material is currently not possible).

The machine is easily controlled through a control panel. The operator can set all necessary parameters for proper operation via a touch screen.

Setting all parameters is straightforward and intuitive, and they can be saved in a file with a specified name for easy retrieval.

The machine is equipped with various sensors to manage the working cycle: thread tension sensors, alignment sensors, and edge sensors.

It can insert elastic into four corners, the top and bottom, or around the entire perimeter (leaving a space of 15-20 cm without elastic).

The speed and ease of material insertion allow the operator to manage up to three machines simultaneously.
