Loading fabric from a roll or from spread material with a system for opening folded material. Module for aligning incoming fabric with a feeding system for the cutting device with constant tension. Cross cutting with a circular knife with a cutting width of up to 4,000 mm.

Option to add up to 6 knives for longitudinal cutting to divide the fabric into several parts or to cut the edge.

Automatic sharpening system for all knives, programmable from the control panel.

Simple and intuitive touch screen for programming machine parameters such as length, speed, and the number of cut pieces.

Several options are available to increase the performance of the TS305:

Unwinding/Aligning unit: for simultaneously inserting up to four rolls into the machine and keeping fabrics perfectly flat.

Motorized conveyor for the spreading table to automatically unload stacks of cut sheets.

Second table with a movable conveyor, allowing work on a stack of cut sheets while the main unit continues to operate automatically.

Very high precision in cutting and spreading fabrics allows for perfect placement of cut pieces, even with challenging materials.
