Ascolite TF shank-wrapping threads

TF threads were specially developed for wrapping the shank of a sewn-on button and securing it through thermal fixation. The elastic thermal core of the thread allows for a firm shank wrapping, which is then thermally fixed in the second phase. The heat-sensitive coating binds the thread together and eliminates loose ends.

The threads are resistant to light and can be ironed up to 60°C. They are harmless and non-toxic, meeting Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. These threads offer long-term durability and are highly sought after by top brand manufacturers.

Thermo-fixation threads are available in 64 colors, with a spool length of 250 meters and elasticity up to 450%.
