Most Gütermann industrial sewing threads are made from the highest quality 100% polyester Trevira.
Due to their versatility and wide range of applications in various industrial sectors, they are also produced as silk, cotton, cellulose, polyamide, aramid (resistant up to 360°C), and threads for technical textiles.

The thread is made using endless fiber technology, which prevents it from having fibers like regular threads.
It is suitable for all types of fabrics as well as machine or hand sewing.
