This module records all key parameters during the stitching process—such as stitch length, thread tension, sewing speed, and needle load curve—and automatically stores them in memory. Upon completion of the process, the machine prints a label with a unique model identification and a quality protocol, which serves as a verifiable proof of compliance with prescribed quality standards. This system ensures that each sewn part meets the requirements for mechanical strength and joint reliability while guaranteeing that the airbag will deploy without issues when activated. Every joint is optimized to withstand normal operational stresses, but in the critical moment, it allows for precise and controlled fabric rupture according to the airbag’s design. In addition to the stitching itself, the system can be expanded to include automatic part feeding, optical seam inspection, marking of finished pieces, or online connection to the MES production system for full traceability.
